PROMISE #322 - NOVEMBER 18
Promise #322:
I look throughout the earth to strengthen those who belong to Me.
2 Chronicles 16:9 (WEB)
For the eyes of Yahweh run back and forth throughout the whole earth,
to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.
Herein you have done foolishly; for from henceforth you shall have wars.”
God is always watching us. His eyes run to and fro throughout the entire world, looking to strengthen those who belong to Him. He never abandons us or leaves us to our own devices. He is always there and is an ever-present help in our times of trouble. Even in the darkest times when you feel completely alone, you aren't. God is with you, and His heart is committed to strengthening those who belong to Him.
Hebrews 12:1-2 says that we are to fix our eyes on Jesus and run the race marked out for us. Think about this for a moment... When we are fixing our eyes on Jesus, He is fixing His eyes on us! Amazing huh? May the tangible reality of feeling God's gaze become more and more real so that we might find the strength we need to thrive today.
