Promise #175: I will provide justice for everyone who is mistreated. Psalm 103:6 (WEB) Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed. Isn't it good to know that God promises to provide justice for those who are oppressed? I am amazed at the number of verses in the Bible that speak about God's heart for the weak of this world: the poor, the mistreated, children, widows, orphans, and so on. He has always been the protector of those who struggle to protect themselves. He is a God who does not rejoice in evil or injustice, but rejoices when the truth wins out. (1 Corinthians 13:6) Whatever unjust situation you find yourself in today, be encouraged to know that God is for you and understands your life and suffering. It is my prayer that each of us can rest in our God and Father's saving, protecting power today. *** Responsive Prayer: Father, thank You for being not only loving but also just. Help me to trust that You will provide justice and ultimately right every wrong from an eternal perspective. I pray that I may have the same mercy and compassion to love my enemies just as You have loved and forgiven me in the meantime. In Jesus’ name, I pray, Amen. Comments are closed.
